Welcome to ZapTech Innovation LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing any products, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Use of Our Website
You may access this website for personal, non-commercial use only. By using our site, you agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce our pricing, service descriptions, or branding for competitive or commercial purposes.
- Use our pricing to solicit price matching or discounts from other providers, including but not limited to UBreakIFix or any affiliate entities.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others while using our services.
You must be 18 years of age or older to agree to these Terms of Service and authorize any repairs or purchases from ZapTech Innovation LLC. By using this site or requesting services, you affirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Modding Services Disclaimer
Modding services are provided for educational, archival, and lawful use only. By purchasing or requesting modding services, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for how you use modified devices.
- Modding may void manufacturer warranties or violate software platform terms.
- We do not condone piracy or unauthorized software use.
- You assume full legal responsibility.
- We do not install or distribute copyrighted or pirated content.
ZapTech Innovation LLC is not liable for bans, legal action, or damage caused by customer misuse of modded devices.
3. Repairs, Parts, and Warranty
We are not affiliated with Apple, Samsung, Google, or any other manufacturer. We do not perform warranty-authorized repairs. OEM parts are sourced through third-party vendors, not directly from manufacturers.

Consoles, Laptops, and Tablets
- Consoles: 14-day warranty for the specific repair only.
- Laptops/Tablets: No warranty unless explicitly stated.
Not Covered
Accidental or water damage, post-repair issues, tampering, unrelated failures, customer-supplied parts, or declined necessary repairs.
4. Repair Risk & Handling Disclaimer
We handle devices professionally, but you acknowledge:
- Unrepairable devices may not return in the same condition.
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, residue) may result from disassembly.
- Water-damaged or previously opened devices carry added risk.
We are not responsible for data loss, password reset issues, or corruption. You must back up your data before service.
5. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may require non-refundable deposits.
- Missed appointments without 24-hour notice forfeit deposits.
- Priority repair (including same-day) is available case-by-case, based on workload, part availability, and device type.
6. Account Lock Removal Policy
We may offer Google or OEM account removal services:
- Performed with third-party tools.
- Non-refundable.
- Requires valid proof of purchase (IMEI or serial linked to receipt).
- Denied if ownership cannot be proven.
7. Media, Documentation & Promotional Use
We document repairs for quality control, fraud protection, and promotional use:
- Photos/videos may be used for training, social media, or our website.
- Names, faces, IMEIs, serial numbers, and inappropriate images will be blurred.
You grant us permission unless you opt out in writing.
8. Proprietary Pricing
You may not:
- Publicly repost or distribute our prices.
- Use them for price-matching with competitors.
- Misrepresent our pricing publicly.
Violations may result in denial of service.
9. Unclaimed Devices & Abandonment
Devices left unclaimed after 30 days are considered abandoned. We may recycle, resell, or use them to recover costs. This is necessary due to 14-30 day supplier part return windows.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZapTech is not liable for:
- Data loss, hardware damage, or corruption.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Misuse or unauthorized alteration after repair.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We may refuse service for:
- Hostile behavior
- Suspicion of fraud or stolen devices
- Repeated abuse of policy
12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Chargebacks void any warranties and may lead to collections. Administrative and legal fees may be added.
13. Third-Party Tools and Software
We use industry-standard diagnostic and repair tools. We are not responsible for unexpected behavior caused by external software or tools.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Supply chain issues
- Pandemics or other uncontrollable events
16. Errors and Omissions
We may correct pricing or service errors at any time and cancel affected orders or bookings without notice.
17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Wisconsin law. Any legal dispute must be handled in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
